Would you pay $5 for a stranger's autobiography?
That is the question we are asking today. This is a study to determine if you would buy a stranger's autobiography. If your answer is no, we still want to hear from you. Submit the survey explaining why you would not. Once the study concludes, we'll share the full results, including how different demographics responded and how many autobiographies were purchased.
Are men more likely, or are women? Are younger people more likely? Does it change based on income? What about education? Does where you are from matter? That is what we are hoping to find out!

What you should know
- Each stranger will get a set amount of time as the active stranger, after which the role will rotate.
- The stranger will be randomly selected from the pool of participants that opt in to being selected.
- If selected you will be required to submit an autobiography about yourself that you authorize to be distributed to anyone who chooses to purchase.
- The minimum amount you can purchase for an autobiography is $5 and is collected through Secure Stripe Checkout. As the autobiography is a digital asset it is non-refundable.
- You will receive the autobiography after purchase. It will be a minimum of 5 pages long created by the stranger.
- The results will not be shared until the first strangers time has completed.
- Your data will NOT be sold and all collected information will be kept confidential.
